Sea freight
Reefer or food-grade dry containers through Alexandria, El Dekheila, Damietta, Port Said / East Port Said, or Ain Sokhna, depending on origin, carrier service, equipment, cut-off, and destination.
Road & multimodal
Temperature-controlled or dry road equipment can support regional and European legs. MENA movements may combine road, ferry, and sea services according to the active corridor and border requirements.
Airfreight
Time-sensitive produce can move through Cairo International Airport or Borg El Arab International Airport, subject to cooling capacity, airline acceptance, booking, and destination connections.

Standard planning bases include the 800 x 1200 mm EPAL Euro pallet and 1200 x 1000 mm industrial pallet. ISPM 15-compliant heat-treated wood is used where required.
Typical sea orders start with one full 20-ft or 40-ft container. Palletized, airfreight, road, mixed-product, and trial programs are considered where product compatibility, route, and economics permit.

Supported Incoterms
EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, and DAP can be quoted under Incoterms 2020 when suitable for the route and transaction. The named place or port and the allocation of risk, cost, clearance, and insurance are stated in the contract.
Preparation lead time
A standard in-season order normally needs about 7-14 business days after specification, payment or credit terms, packaging, and documents are confirmed. Custom print, testing, inspections, or special documents may require about 14-21 business days or longer.
Private label & custom packing
Buyer artwork, labels, cartons, bags, punnets, netting, barcodes, lot codes, language, and retail presentation can be coordinated, subject to approved artwork, packhouse capability, minimum print runs, and lead time.
Documents coordinated
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate where applicable, bill of lading / air waybill / road transport document, export and customs records, inspection evidence, and agreed laboratory or residue reports. Destination-specific permits remain the importer’s responsibility unless contracted otherwise.
Inspection & claims
Evidence agreed before the shipment leaves.
Quality Zone can coordinate pre-shipment inspection, grading and packing checks, loading photographs, seal records, pallet and label verification, pulp-temperature checks, and data loggers where agreed.
Before loading
Confirm the approved specification, tolerance, quantity, packaging, marks, temperature protocol, inspection scope, and documents.
At loading
Record product and pack condition, loading pattern, container cleanliness and settings, seal number, time, and agreed photographic evidence.
At arrival
The buyer records seal condition, logger data, pulp temperature, shortages, packaging, and product condition before the cargo is dispersed.
If there is a claim
Notify Quality Zone promptly under the sales contract and provide dated photographs, independent inspection evidence where required, logger data, transport documents, and quantities affected. The evidence is reviewed with the responsible supplier, packhouse, carrier, surveyor, or insurer.
Every quotation remains subject to live crop availability, final product specification, destination eligibility, carrier and equipment availability, inspection timing, and signed commercial terms.
